Sustainable Seafood Forum

On April 24, 2012, Notre Dame Food Service (NDFS) co-hosted the Sustainable Seafood Forum with HighLiner Foods. Industry experts, members of NDFS staff, area food service professionals, and professionals from other universities in the region participated in this forum. Topics included trends in seafood dining, aquaculture updates, an update on Wild Fishery, and an introduction to FishWatch:NOAA. Over 30 participants shared and learned in this session.

UMass Amherst Celebrates Top Dining Programs

 

As part of UMass Amherst Dining Services’ Visiting College Chef Series, six of the colleges’ part of the Best Campus Food rankings in the 2013 edition of the Best 377 Colleges as selected by The Princeton Review will participate in a signature event on March 5, 2013.  Notre Dame Food Services as The Princeton Review’s number 12 selections will be one of these select participants.

Greenfields Closing for the Summer
