Food Safety

Food safety and sanitation is a top concern for our staff. We go to great lengths to ensure that the food we serve is not only delicious, but also safe. Here are just a few of the steps we take to earn your confidence:

  • All our food service managers are certified in food safety and sanitation
  • Our vendors complete a certification program to verify that the food we purchase from them has followed safe food-handling practices.
  • We have an extensive in-house food safety program called HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) that monitors every step of food preparation, from receiving products at our docks to serving the meal. This involves monitoring temperatures throughout receiving, storage and cooking, preventing cross contamination, and stringent personal hygiene requirements.
  • We employ a full-time Food Safety Manager who oversees the safety and sanitation of all our operations.
