For your ease and convenience, Notre Dame Food Service's Catering..by Design can provide you with all of your food and beverage needs. We can provide high quality and great selections with the convenience of being a part of campus.

MENU
Finalize your menu selection at least 30 days in advance. An estimated attendance count is needed at this time for planning.

GUARANTEES
Your final attendance guarantee is needed three (3) business days in advance of your functions. We will prepare for 3% above this count for your event. Our minimum charge to you will be the guaranteed number. Groups less than 25 guests for a serviced meal will be charged an additional labor charge.

GRATUITIES/TAXES
A 18% gratuity and 6% Indiana Sales Tax will be added to your bill. Groups with tax-exempt status must supply our office with a copy of your certificate and your tax-exempt number at the time of making your reservation.

PRICES
These prices are correct at the time of posting. They may be subject to change at any time.

PAYMENT
Payment is required ten (10) days in advance of the function. Payment in the form of a cashier’s check, check, or cash is required. Catering...by Design does not receive credit cards for payment of catered events.

POLICIES
All food and beverages left over from any function remain the property of Catering … by Design, and may not be removed from the location of service. We reserve the right to restrict the service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with the policies of the University of Notre Dame and the State of Indiana. These laws require alcohol consumption within the tents and not in the common areas. Smoking is not allowed inside the tents. All smoking must be outside of the tents in compliance of the St. Joseph County ordinance.
