Wedding Menus General Information Thank you for considering Catering...by Design to assist in planning your Wedding. From a formal dinner to a midmorning brunch, we are pleased to consult with you regarding all of your needs. To ensure the success of your function and answer your questions, we have outlined some of our practices and policies. All menus enclosed are only suggestions. In fact, we specialize in customizing menus that fit your needs and are designed specifically for your Wedding Reception. We look forward to working with you to make your event successful. Facilities Reserve the space you need as soon as possible, whether in our facilities or elsewhere on campus. Gratuities/Taxes A 15% gratuity and 6% Indiana sales tax will be added to your bill. Prices These prices are correct at the time of printing. We will confirm prices when you finalize your menu with our office. Prices include typical Facility arrangement needs. Additional costs may be incurred for major space changes such as moving round tables into South Dining Hall. These charges will be based on the labor requirements needed to make the change. Cancellation Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to your event. If done less than two weeks prior, you may be liable for some or all the cost incurred. Policies All food and beverages left over from any function remain the property of Catering...by Design, and may not be removed from the location of service. Special Dietary Arrangements We can provide for you vegetarian options designed specifically for your group. Also, any other dietary restrictions may be accommodated.
Smoking is not allowed in any public space in the buildings at the University of Notre Dame, including lobbies and restrooms. We reserve the right to restrict the service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with the policies of the University of Notre Dame and the State of Indiana.
