Overview of the Nutritional Accounting System
The Nutritional Accounting System, or NAS for short, refers to our nutritional analysis software program. Currently this program provides nutrition information on all the items served in North and South Dining Halls. Presently it is being expanded to include all our campus restaurants as well.Patrons to our dining facilities may check menus and nutrition information prior to eating as a tool for meal item selection, or perform an analysis after they eat to see how their meal stacked up.
